In his defense, he was also president when NotSure came in and he applied that resource properly. He wasn’t the president that caused all of that. Trump, on the other hand, got in office in a much better time, and it has been nothing but destruction.
Honestly can’t believe a pro-intellectual president was even possible in that context, but I think the point was more about the general dumbing down of the population.
