I’m in an anarcho syndicalist union and we used to promote training course. In the end, those training are mainly done by minorized people (based on gender, race or social class). Capitalism rewards one group. People who generate large amounts of money as quickly as possible, regardless of the affect their actions have on any person or group of people who aren’t exceptionally wealthy.

Eventually the goal is to work as people want to to satisfy everyone’s needs, but between now and whenever that’s achieved, people will likely continue to get paid more for more intense or moe trained labor. My point is that the variance between wages and the amount capitalists rake in is astronomical.
