Capitalism rewards one group. People who generate large amounts of money as quickly as possible, regardless of the affect their actions have on any person or group of people who aren’t exceptionally wealthy.

Sure, and if you look a bit beyond that you’ll notice that the class that does this is the capitalist class, who recieve their vast plunder not through labor, but ownership of capital.

Don’t people who work harder deserve more pay? I’m not saying capitalists work hard. I just mean does a full time worker doing the same job as a part time worker deserve more wealth than the part time worker?

Eventually the goal is to work as people want to to satisfy everyone’s needs, but between now and whenever that’s achieved, people will likely continue to get paid more for more intense or moe trained labor. My point is that the variance between wages and the amount capitalists rake in is astronomical.

Of cause capitalists make way more than they deserve. A lot of people are not currently happy with the idea of being payed based on there needs and feel like they put in a lot of work and therefore deserve more pay, how do we encourage these people to become socialist?

Socialism doesn’t dictate that everyone gets paid the same. That’s why I said between communism and capitalism is the transitional stage of socialism where people are paid based on their work, while we try to orient society in a manner fovused on satisfying everyone’s needs. Through existing in socialism, proletarian consciousness is also developed.
