Exactly. The people showing their real level of intellect are the people who seem to be unable to understand the facts of the situation, think that they know better than the company who actually manufactures and sells the things, and call everyone else dumb and unintelligent for not agreeing with their factually incorrect opinion.

At some point though you have to accept that if the vast majority are ok with something, it’s probably not an actual issue.
You don’t have to like it or agree with it, and you have the ability to vote with your wallet. Digital only people have been voting with their wallet for years, and physical copy buyers haven’t.

What percentage of developers stayed from 3 to 4? 4 to 5? 5 to 6?
We know next to nothing about GTA6. It could be a revolutionary game for all we know. It could be the greatest game of all time.
I’m sorry but if you’re not playing at least one of those games every year, you are the minority. Those people who constantly buy and play games are more of a “gamer” than a judgemental arse like yourself. Those games you criticise are by FAR the most played and bought games every year, played by tens of millions of people - the majority of gamers.
People like you give “gamers” a bad name.
They peaked with their last game they released? And you know this how?
Are we at the anti-rockstar coping phase where we pretend that most of their games are trash already? 🤣
GTA3 was revolutionary and legit one of the most important, best games of all time. Vice city was arguably even better of a game. 5 is just an insane open world, the likes which we’ve never seen in a game.
Now I say this as someone who has no interest in GTA6, got a free copy of GTA5 on 360 and sold it unopened, and hated GTA4, so don’t assume I’m some GTA fanboy.
