Every so often leave positive reviews about customer service staff interactions, either serving staff in brick and mortar stores or phone support. Since I know how demotivating jobs are where you have to interact with members of the public who are often inpatient/rude/abusive.
I don’t know how many of these feed back to either the staff themselves or factor into raise/promotion/retention decisions, but I hope some of it helps.
