5 days agoYou might have a bad disk, do an exchange. I have had many bad uhd disks from new boxes over the years. I wish optical storage wasnt used for this kind of thing.

Sorry to hear. I think there are some firmware downgrades around to flash to some of the pc drives to get ripping working, unless this is specific to this particular movie.
