Fun fact: I almost wrote the audio driver for his MS-DOS game. Maybe I’ll still write one, but for a different project (and one that is primarily for the OPL2/3 instead of Tandy Audio with optional FM support).

Yes, it was outsourced to someone who had an off-the-shelf solution eventually, complete with a tracker software.
