Apparently pre-rinsing confuses the dishwasher or something. Not doing it leaves me with residue all over the other dishes though 🤷

    mine doesn’t have a separate pre-wash section as far as I can tell

    Then you can just dump the pre-wash detergent directly in.

      Yeah I got that from the video, just throw it in since it’s the first cycle anyway.
