    It’s possible and common to be happily married and in a healthy relationship with someone you love deeply and who also gets on your nerves sometimes for very specific, but also very human behavior.

    Loving someone means loving all of that person, flaws included. We accept the little annoyances because overall, that person adds more to your life than they take away. Acknowledging this fact of human relationships is one way to embrace those flaws, and thus, that person.

      Yes, but this kind of shit-tier boomer humor encapsulates the relationship solely in the context of a nagging burden. There is no nuance, and further it harks back to an earlier form of popular humor where the nagging wife was hilariously silenced through violence.
