DKIM, DMARC, SPF, rDNS/PTR, EHLO… all correct and verified in the email “original source,” BY GOOGLE. Still goes to SPAM folder because **** you, apparently. I hate Google.

I think you missed the whole point of this post.
“Who cares? Just let Google take over the whole internet! I have no idea why we don’t just sell the whole thing to Google and make it called ‘the Google’ instead, whatever” <— this is what you sound like
Ok going back to your actual words, What an absolutely insane thing to say. Google aren’t the good guys when they mark every piece of email as spam that doesn’t come from them.
And it’s not like OP was emailing random people, they had a program they run and emails them when something goes wrong; _pretty useless if they never get it because Google decided it was spam even though they jumped through the ludicrous amount of hoops it takes to run an email server in 2026, thanks exactly to mindsets like yours “who cares just let people do whatever”
Yeah shits ruined now, but hey at least you think you’re smarter about your time than everyone else. Enjoy!
I think you have a problem with reading comprehension.
I said who cares if google throws something to spam, that’s not my problem, that’s google and recepients problem. I’m running my own email server, I’ve been running corporate mailservers and personal before. You don’t control other peoples infrastructure and google is by far not the worst gatekeeper in email world, insane whitelist configurations, spamhaus, whatever weirdness like recieving only from specific subdomains. Running email isn’t hard, just stop being a perfectionist about some metric that shouldn’t be measured to start with.
