So there’s a time that’ll cook the surface perfectly. Turns out that, since pizza is very thin, a couple of minutes at 450 is perfect.

Well, if you put it in for 1s at 450, will it come out black? Course not, it takes a little time. So there’s a time that’ll cook the surface perfectly. Turns out that, since pizza is very thin, a couple of minutes at 450 is perfect.
