        Except for the humans with malabsorptive disorders, who can’t get enough protein from plant based foods, humans with Achlorhydria, who need more bioavailable nutrients than a plant based diet can provide, and people with any of several conditions affecting the liver or kidneys that prevent the absorption of several key vitamins from plant sources, and people with ARFID who can’t eat plant based foods.

        Most humans don’t need to eat meat, but the minority who do need to eat meat is a much larger minority than most vegoon evangelists care to admit to.

        yeah I guess that specific one maybe, but the rest is still true, he is just stating oppinions as fact and that’s just not a good way to argue about anything.
