              NATO was formed specifically as a defensive coalition of imperialist countries in order to protect the system of imperialism against the rise of socialism. The Warsaw Pact was a reciprocal protective coalition formed of socialist countries. All states are “authoritarian,” as all states are monopolies on violence in the hands of a given class. The distinction between the “authoritarian” states in NATO and the “authoritarian” states in the Warsaw Pact is that the NATO side represented capitalists, while the Warsaw Pact represented the working classes.

              I definitively and proudly take the side of the proletariat.

      NATO is still a coalition of imperialist countries, filled with fascists, and designed to prevent revolutionary action against imperialism and neocolonialism. Liberalism and fascism are 2 sides of the same capitalist coin.
