Biscuits and gravy always makes me most productive out of the breakfasts I’ve tried. Nutrition wise… Not so great, but I also don’t need to eat again until dinner time so I guess it’s fine. I rarely have time to make it too.
Protein has also a high energy density, although less than fat. No matter how the body metabolizes it; if you don’t poop it undigested out or work it off, you will carry it around.
Well… Skyr is a jogurt, yes? A long-lasting high-calories food for storage, made from the high-calories food for a baby, no? Basically cheese minus (and i do like cheese and Skyr).
I mean, sure, there is worse you could eat for breakfast. But i do think the balance is off.
Pretty unhealthy for a breakfast. Is he constantly on a workout? Better go with a muesli or high-fibers.

Skyr with blueberries and a sprinkling of flax seed is a winning high protein breakfast. Add some granola if you want to be naughty.
