Not sure if it would have any health effects, but you need to hit cancel to clear the remaining time anyways.

Nothing bad would happen, cooking a human would take quite a bit longer.
My cancel button doesn’t clear the time, it’s exclusively a stop. Reset button is on the numbers section for some reason…
