You can’t say Death to America, that’s a whole continent, maybe even two. You say Death to the USA, or any other derogatory word you prefer using to refer to them.

It is a double standard I wholeheartedly approve of: us shityanks shouldn’t call ourselves Americans, but should take sole offense when someone says “Death to America”.
