I’m for the first time in my life actually trying to loose weight and honestly I’m finding that a lot of the time I’ll have a bite of something then be done and good with it. Just takes some time.
My favourite pizza from my local pizza shop sells is a Hot and Spicy Veggie. Can trick my self to eating ‘healthier’.
