“There were two “Reigns of Terror,” if we would but remember it and consider it; the one wrought murder in hot passion, the other in heartless cold blood; the one lasted mere months, the other had lasted a thousand years; the one inflicted death upon ten thousand persons, the other upon a hundred millions; but our shudders are all for the “horrors” of the minor Terror, the momentary Terror, so to speak; whereas, what is the horror of swift death by the axe, compared with lifelong death from hunger, cold, insult, cruelty, and heart-break? What is swift death by lightning compared with death by slow fire at the stake? A city cemetery could contain the coffins filled by that brief Terror which we have all been so diligently taught to shiver at and mourn over; but all France could hardly contain the coffins filled by that older and real Terror—that unspeakably bitter and awful Terror which none of us has been taught to see in its vastness or pity as it deserves.” - Mark Twain

As long as you are also taking other actions to further the goal of revolution. I am not the type to take issue with electoralism if electoralism isn’t what you spend all of your energy on. I would also encourage you to keep your expectations (but not your demands) for these candidates low as to avoid falling into doomerism.
We don’t have enough people or a well enough organized proletariat. We need you and people like you to get involved before it is possible. A revolution must be popular, it must be rooted in the will of the working class not a small and insignificant minority that most people haven’t had any real interaction with. We can’t just do a revolution spontaneously either, there needs to be a revolutionary moment created by a significant crisis within capitalism that just isn’t there yet for the imperial core. Trying to start a revolution rn would be an exercise in futility.
This is why we agitate for revolution. This is why we point out the flaws in reformism. It is to get enough people on our side for revolution to be possible. Asking why we haven’t revolted already misses the entire point.

The term “leftist” should be utterly abandoned imo
Yeah but I do think Bin Laden genuinely believed in what he was doing (based on his life and writing). My interpretation is more than the American government, or at least many of the important figures within it, knew what was coming and let it happen because of how beneficial it would be. I also wouldn’t say it is implausible that these people covertly funded or encouraged it through proxies. Regardless, the outcome is the same.
They will still need vents :)
Ecological bubbles do not work yet :)
Bs, libs have never had a positive opinion of any DPRK official
It really depends. I have seen plenty of zionists who support Ukraine and plenty of pro-palestinian folks who do not. In my experience the overlap you’re suggesting has not been the rule.
Ahhhh, thanks. I don’t know Yemen’s flag by heart
Why the Egyptian flag? I thought Egypt was relatively aligned with the US these days and quite friendly with Israel
I had to look this up. Kojima is a silly guy

33·20 days agoI don’t think all of humanity holds equal responsibility. Capitalists and the system they uphold are far more responsible for our overproduction than the laborers they employ
Russia was literally one of the last to make a deal with the nazis

Like the allies very famously took foreever to do anything of substance
You only think that because you believe the myths. The post is referencing the people who told them to you.
