This scene is not in good taste lmao

Nothing about that game was in good taste, and it was excellent.

Taking a zinc supplement can apparently help slow down the muscle loss.

OpenSuse Slowroll using the Flatpak shows it at 1.1 GB of RAM doing nothing. Screen sharing pushes it close to 2 GB.

Websites still use RAM.

You are familiar with the concept of RAM, yes?

A multi-gigabyte Electron app should not be a requirement for chat, even with voice and video, for one.

Also try a different pillow. I lucked into a good one and I’ve slept substantially better ever since. Or I did until I had a kid, I should say.

Why does a normal family need the high ground-clearance of an SUV

Shitty roads

Why do they need four-wheel-drive

Snow and ice

Why do they need the enormous cargo space

Two kids who play instruments, or semi-frequent long-distance trips.

These are all pretty reasonable requirements for what Americans deal with on the road.

Changing that kind of thing is easy to spin negatively for political opponents. If a politician you don’t like were to propose changes to the fuel efficiency requirements as they relate to vehicle footprint, would you give them the benefit of the doubt to assume that it would be for the better?

Would

Interesting. How recently were those accents used? I haven’t really studied much English outside of modern use, but I seem to remember middle and old English having them, only for them to vanish in “modern” use.

The problem with writing “no-one” like that is that English doesn’t have a way of differentiating between the “oo” sound and “o-o” besides hyphenating or adding a space. I’ve always hated the fact that “cooperation” is spelled that way for a similar reason.

In the US, trucks got so big because of poorly-thought-out EPA regulations that mandated specific gas mileage based on hood height rather than tonnage. In order to be subjected to the lower, more achievable targets, the hood height has to be above a certain number or else the truck can’t be sold.

I think it’s something to do with the crosstalk between strands.

I’ve gotten infections from payloads hidden in MP4 metadata before. It doesn’t have to be an exe.

That oil rig channel sounds kinda dope, actually.

I don’t know if it’s placebo, but I think I notice a difference in flavor between wild-caught and farm-raised salmon. I guess it’s like beef from cows that are raised with care versus beef from those that aren’t?

Several of the software jobs I had offered “unlimited” PTO, where as long as your shit was done, you could take off as much as you liked. Of course, that meant that they didn’t have to pay out your remaining days when you left, but it was a good reason to stay.

Yeah this guy is either a troll or an idiot.

I work there and I have to stop myself from drinking one constantly, because it’s like a dollar after the employee discount.
