Ah yes the function key.
That key nobody ever uses.
I have a microwave like that, not even a display, just two twisty knobs without any beeps. And it was only like 55 euros :)
In most countries it’s perfectly legal to drink in public, if you’re not driving of course, so it’s a non-issue. In the US it’s illegal most(?) places/cities, but if you put your drink in a paper bag the cops aren’t legally allowed to check what’s in it without a pat down/frisk warrant. That’s my understanding of it at least.
My theory is you should only buy basic, barebones appliances. They don’t try to do anything fancy and just default to what’s been proven to work. Just get a fridge that does cold and nothing else.
Why… does this image seem so erotic? 😳

14·25 days agoUgh, especially the hooliganism. People are way too mild on the hateful competitivism it breeds in fans and the millions it costs for demolishing our cities.
I have both, and have Focus set as default, it closes all tabs and deletes the history every time. If I want a website to persist I’ll open it in the regular one, so I get to choose 😬
Left button should say “pay taxes.”
Buy frozen :)
Yeah for sure, I just wish I had upgraded to the OLED when I still could, but in the end I’m just glad to own one at all.
Nowadays, if it doesn’t run on my Steam Deck I’m not playing it 🤷🏼 too many games to play still anyways…
Those are solvable problems though, there’s plenty of busses who don’t accept change already. You can add ticket ‘vending machines’ and have better signage for this.

Bonus points for anyone who knows where Neuromancer does start, go!
Huh that’s odd, then how come DeepMind was founded checks notes in 2010?
You don’t really tax individuals, you tax the wealth regardless of who owns it. So 90% tax on unused wealth, the ‘hoarded’ excess of wealth that no individual needs and which could benefit others. Progressive taxation means you tax someone’s wealth less up to a certain point, let’s say 10 million, and you tax more on any wealth above that.
90% is probably still low, it should really be at whatever percentage wealth can’t accumulate.
Just buy a house near your very stable and well-paying job, duh!
Nabokov naming literally everyone after himself 😬
Yeah, I guess it would type a C.
Maybe your keyboard lacks NKRO and your cat was sitting on 6 other keys? =P
