Leftists have not meaningfully increased revolutionary rhetoric based on the Statesian electoral cycle. You may tune out more whenever elections aren’t around the corner, but revolutionary socialists have consistently pushed people to organize precisely because it doesn’t depend on the electoral cycle to work.
