My preferred music site is YouTube music, and I would like to download my liked music playlist to listen to offline, I could do it one by one, But it’s over 300 songs at this point.

I’ve tried several of these and Open Video Downloader worked the best for me. You might get rate limited & temp blocked if you try to download very long playlists.

I just did, you definitely can, if it’s rejecting it there’s something wrong with the URL, i bet the browser is giving you the URL of one video with the playlist as a parameter, click on the playlist so that you can see it full, the url must say https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=XXXXXXXXX (with the correct ID of course)

Must be very recent if so, did it that way in TarTube about a month ago or less and worked fine
Try this one, I have been using it before but it was a long time ago. Should work fine still.
That is a paid subscription interface to work.
