Ah, it could be, yes. But I quickly checked a few popular instances and looks like OP was banned on many. For example: dbzero (profile), lemmy.world (profile), piefed.social (profile, no such user), lemmy.zip (profile).
So these post wasn’t visible to many, yet still downvoted (I assume mostly by local users). Some may argue that all sources are biased - I agree. However, the articles OP posted wasn’t good. For example, you can check my other comment under a similar post from the OP: https://lemmy.ml/post/44675222/24621308.
