I’m aware of OP’s history, you can check some of their posts to see my responses (at least, for some of the ones posted in Lemmy.ml). I really hope they kick the conspiracy theory stuff aside and start reading theory or paying more attention to root causes, they tend to focus most on this fantasy of “good vs evil” and a shadowy elite that want to control the world as much as possible.
It’s also why OP’s suggested measures make no sense, there isn’t enough land for a mass exodus to the rural areas we have, cash in circulation isn’t resisting anything, and in this day and age the population can only be supported by industrialized farming and mass infrastructure. Doing so and utterly abandoning what we do have would result in mass famine and disease from a lack of food and sanitation, a huge spike in infant and maternal mortality, etc.
