Wade‘ erreichen will“. Darin sehe er einen „Bruch mit der gesamten bisherigen Rechtsprechung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zu Art. 2 Abs. 2 GG“. Jener Artikel besagt: „Jeder hat das Recht auf Leben und körperliche Unversehrtheit. Die Freiheit der Person ist unverletzlich. In diese Rechte darf nur auf Grund eines Gesetzes eingegriffen werden.“
Was there a serial or a movie about it? I can’t imagine how people in the EU would know about that stuff (unless interested in the matter for specific reasons)
Because its in the news everywhere?? Just google “deutsch roe v wade” and you’ll see so many newsarticles about it. Genuinely the minutiae of us politics, government shutdowns etc. get widespread coverage in tagesschau, spiegel, focus etc.
Because we’re a vassal state, so any major changes in the upper echelons of the empire will affect us, including all the “culture wars”, such as the war on trans kids, womens rights etc. that get imported.
I don’t think so. We imported Halloween and lots of movies, but bigotry is 100% original. After all, aren’t the biggest bigots all right wing nationalist proposing a true European nazi-fascist model?
Of course, also in the EU there are far right groups like ECR and Patriots. It doesn’t mean that they rule though.
BTW, I struggle to imagine Germans discussing certain topics using American terms.
